用 Java 程序下载时 SSLHandshakeException: Remote host terminated the handshake

有些文件会刷，有些文件不会。简单搜了一下，往代码里加入了 System.setProperty("https.protocols", "TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2"); 也不管用。

从官方源下载时没有这样的问题。有开代理，但是关了以后也是这样。

试试用http，别用https
